This notice covers information submitted through JV Technologies company inquiry and local business visibility audit forms. Product-specific notices may apply to individual apps.
JV Technologies may collect the information you choose to submit, such as business name, contact name, email, phone, city, state, business category, website links, requested services, referral source, and notes about your request.
The information is used to review and respond to your request, prepare practical recommendations, maintain lead records, prevent spam or abuse, and improve the request process.
JV Technologies does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email, security, or operations providers needed to receive and respond to requests.
JV Technologies normally records client meetings, including phone calls, video calls and in-person meetings, and may transcribe them using a recording and transcription service. We ask before recording starts and do not record if you decline in the request form, by email, or at the start of the meeting. Recordings and transcripts are used only to confirm your requests and complete your project. They are never sold or used for advertising. We keep them only as needed for the project and related operations; contact us about access or deletion.
JV Technologies may use analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure website traffic, understand which pages and campaigns generate inquiries, improve local-business services, and support advertising on platforms such as Google or Meta. These tools may process device, browser, page, referral, and campaign information. Optional Google and Meta analytics and marketing tracking stay off until you choose to enable them. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings control.
Cloudflare also provides hosting, security, and site performance measurement. These hosting-level functions are managed separately from the optional Google and Meta cookie settings.
Global Privacy Control keeps advertising measurement off. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled. We count accepted inquiries only with a valid reference; that pseudonymous reference prevents counting the same inquiry twice. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages entered in forms are not sent to Google.
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business follow-up, security, legal, and operational purposes. You may contact JV Technologies to request review or deletion of your inquiry information.
