Recording Notice
We record client meetings.
So we deliver exactly what you asked for, and nothing gets lost or confused along the way.
JV Technologies normally records client meetings, including phone calls, video calls and in-person meetings, and may transcribe them. We ask before recording starts and do not record if you decline.
Prefer not to be recorded?
Just tell us. Check the box in the request form above, write it in an email, or tell us at the start of the meeting. We’ll take written notes instead, no questions asked.
What we do with recordings
- We use them only to confirm what you asked for and to complete your project.
- We never sell them or use them for advertising, and we share them only with the services that store or transcribe them for us.
- We keep them only as needed for the project and related operations. Contact us about access or deletion.

Who owns my domain, email and website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your accounts stay yours even if you stop working with us.
Can I add something later?
Yes. Start with what you need today and add more whenever you’re ready.
Do you work outside Nebraska?
Most services are done remotely anywhere in the US. LLC formation is for Nebraska only.
Can we do everything in Spanish?
Yes. Juan works with you in English or Spanish, from the first email to the finished project.
Is the estimate the final price?
It’s the starting point. We confirm the scope and final price in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it.
What if I need more work later?
Extra pages are $125 each, and an additional email inbox is $35 to set up plus its provider charge. Other work beyond the agreed scope is $80/hour, billed in 15-minute blocks at $20 each and quoted before we start.
