Vocavia Policy
Terms of Use
These terms describe the current Vocavia release-preparation product model, the user’s responsibility for app use, and important limits on educational, family, and advertising-related claims.

Educational app use
Vocavia is an educational language-learning app for practical English and Spanish practice. It supports learning activities, local learner profiles, pronunciation playback, and local progress records.
- Vocavia does not guarantee fluency, school placement, test results, employment outcomes, or any other specific learning result.
- Parents, guardians, educators, and adult learners remain responsible for supervising appropriate use.
- Do not use Vocavia in a way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with store policies.
Accounts, local records, and access
The current implementation does not require a cloud account. Household profiles, preferences, adult PIN and assurance metadata, and learning progress are handled locally according to the app design and platform behavior.
- Local records may be lost if the app is deleted, reset, or affected by device storage or backup behavior.
- Adult access controls are intended to protect app areas that should not be available to child, teen, or unknown profiles.
- Users should review any reset or delete prompt before confirming it.
Advertising and release-stage limitations
Vocavia includes an advertising and consent foundation for future review, but production ads are disabled in the current launch posture. Store availability, subscriptions, pricing, badges, ratings, and public download claims should not be assumed until officially published.
- Child, teen, and unknown profiles are designed to remain ad-free.
- Future advertising or monetization changes may require updated terms, privacy disclosures, and store review.
- Teacher Approved, Kids Category, awards, endorsements, or store badges must not be claimed unless granted by the relevant platform.
Limitation of liability and support
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocavia is provided as an educational app and JV Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the app. For support questions, contact [email protected].
