Vocavia Help
Support
Use this page for help with learner profiles, English/Spanish content, pronunciation playback, local progress, privacy choices, and release-preparation questions.
Learner profiles and household setup
- Use separate learner profiles so progress and preferences remain separated on the device.
- Choose the learner’s language path and accessibility settings during setup where available.
- Known child and teen profiles are treated differently from eligible adult profiles for advertising controls.
Language and lesson help
- Vocavia includes English and Spanish learning content in the current app package.
- If a lesson does not sound correct, check the device speech voice and language settings.
- Progress is local to the device in the current implementation.
Pronunciation playback
- Vocavia uses device speech playback to read supported lesson text aloud.
- The current implementation does not record microphone audio or use speech recognition.
- If playback is unavailable, confirm that the device has a compatible text-to-speech voice installed.
Local progress and reset
- Learning progress and activity results are stored locally in the current implementation.
- Deleting the app or using an available reset option may remove local learning data from the device, subject to platform backup behavior.
- Review any confirmation prompt before resetting local data.
Privacy and advertising choices
- Production ads are disabled in the current launch posture.
- Child, teen, and unknown profiles are designed to remain ad-free.
- If advertising or consent features are enabled in a future release, eligible adult profiles may see Google privacy choices where required.
- Use iOS or Android settings to manage device advertising identifiers and privacy controls.
