Restore purchases

• On Android, open Settings, choose Subscription, then use Refresh/Restore Purchases.
• Use the same Google Account that made the original Google Play purchase.
• On iOS, open Settings, choose Plans & Entitlements, then use Restore Purchases.
• Use the same Apple Account or Google Account that made the original purchase.
• Contact support if an Apple or Google Play purchase or entitlement does not resolve as expected.

Receipt scan and OCR help

• Use the camera or import a clear receipt image with the full receipt visible.
• On Android, Photo Picker imports only the image you select and does not require broad storage access.
• Review OCR line items before continuing to markup or quote generation.
• If a row looks wrong, edit or remove it before saving the quote.
• If a supplier product or line item is missing, add it manually or rescan with a clearer receipt image.

PDF and export help

• Client quote PDFs are intended for customer-facing quotes.
• Monthly CPA exports package receipts, quotes, internal reports, and ledger data for the selected month.
• If a file is missing from an export, review the saved job history and receipt archive before exporting again.

Free quotes and rewarded ads

• The iOS and Android Free plans include three watermarked quote publications.
• After the included three are used, each bonus quote requires exactly two completed rewarded ads. Each ad is offered in its own confirmation prompt.
• Before each ad, choose Upgrade to Unlimited, Watch ad 1 of 2 or Watch ad 2 of 2, or Not now.
• If you stop after the first completed ad, SquareQuote keeps the local one-of-two progress for that next bonus quote.
• Only an ad that reaches Google’s reward event counts. Closing early, a load failure, or an unavailable ad does not count.
• Up to 12 bonus quotes can be unlocked. Every Free and ad-earned PDF displays Created with SquareQuote.
• Paid plans provide unlimited quotes with no rewarded ads and no SquareQuote watermark.

Advertising privacy choices on Android

• SquareQuote uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to show a privacy message when required before requesting ads.
• If a privacy-options entry point is required for your region or choices, open SquareQuote Settings and choose the advertising privacy option to review them again.
• You can always choose Not now instead of watching a rewarded ad, or upgrade to an ad-free paid plan.
• Ad availability may vary by privacy choice, region, device settings, and Google’s available inventory.

Reset local data

• SquareQuote includes a local-data reset action for clearing app data from the device.
• Individual local records can also be deleted from their applicable workflow.
• Resetting local data may remove customers, jobs, receipts, quotes, PDFs, exports, the local unique-quote publication ledger, and rewarded-ad completion progress.
• Clear local data or reinstalling the app resets the locally enforced Free-quote and rewarded-ad ledger on that device because these counters are not currently synced to an account backend.
• Files already shared or saved outside SquareQuote are not deleted from those destinations.
• Review the confirmation alert carefully before completing a reset.

Subscription help

• iOS subscriptions use Apple in-app purchase through StoreKit.
• Android subscriptions use Google Play Billing when products are configured.
• Use the in-app management action to open the applicable Apple or Google subscription settings.
• On Android, manage or cancel an active subscription in Google Play before starting a different plan.
• Solo, Pro, and Business features depend on the resolved entitlement from the applicable store.

Local-first and privacy FAQ

• Receipt OCR runs through Apple Vision on iOS and bundled on-device ML Kit on Android.
• Company, customer, job, receipt, quote, PDF, and export data are intended to remain local unless the user shares or exports them.
• Android ML Kit may send limited identifiers, app/device information, performance metrics, error codes, and feature lifecycle events to Google for service diagnostics and usage analytics. It does not send receipt images or recognized text.
• Optional rewarded ads on iOS and Android use Google Mobile Ads, which may collect or share IP-derived general location, product interactions, diagnostics, performance, advertising data, and device identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• SquareQuote does not send receipt, customer, quote, or PDF contents to the ad provider and does not sell personal data.
• On iOS, open Settings > Ads and Privacy to review ATT status and any privacy choices required by Google. Declining ATT does not block app features.
• Paid plans on iOS and Android are ad-free.
• No cloud sync or backend account system is included unless it is added in a future version.
